Unlike cold metal or glass, the handcrafted wood mouthpiece feels naturally warm and comfortable against your lips. Choose rich Black Walnut or beautifully figured Huali Rosewood—each with its own color, grain and character.

The original Twisty used eight small airflow openings. Twisty 2 replaces them with one larger central airway, making buildup easier to reach and remove.

The included dual-ended brush gives you two sizes for detailed cleaning. Dip the appropriate end in isopropyl alcohol, clean the metal and glass pathways, then allow everything to dry completely before reassembly.

Do not soak the wood mouthpiece in alcohol or water.

An occasional light application of food-safe butcher-block oil will help preserve the wood’s color and feel.
