Nothing about the 7pipe Pro was left to chance, including the flaming space, internal layout, and custom componentry.

 

No Wasted Space.

A lighter has more than one hundred parts. To fit it all in required rethinking the traditional layout of a lighter as well as eliminating unnecessary parts.

 

Bowl, meets flame.

The angle, distance, and height of the flame were tested countless times for optimal performance. The two oxygen apertures nurture the flame as long as the button is pressed.

 

Custom componentry.

The magnets presented a problem. The glue wasn’t right and they kept popping out. The solution was to custom design donut-shaped magnets that are held down by the screws.

Problem solved.
