Tyger Manufacturing LLC (“Tyger”) and Gregory Meade d/b/a Glunt (“Glunt”) announced today that they have resolved the patent infringement lawsuit between the two parties, with Glunt agreeing to license the two patents at issue for smoking devices.
Gregory Meade said, “We are very glad to settle this lawsuit amicably with Tyger Manufacturing. The case, Tyger Manufacturing LLC v. Gregory Meade d/b/a Glunt, Case No. l:18-cv-22846-KMW, had been pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division.
